BAO LE
Director
Trained as a nurse and paramedic, Le Hoai Bao followed a passion for travel late in his studies. After graduating, Bao traded his dream of becoming a medical staff for a new dream of connecting people and cultures through extraordinary journeys.
Bao started B.A.T. Travel in a tiny office in HCM City, and try to grow the company to one of the respected travel companies in Asia. Never one to forget his roots, Bao continues to hold community growth and responsible tourism close to his heart – a commitment that follows through in his work with B.A.T. Travel.
TUYEN NGUYEN
Vice Director
Tuyen is Bao’s wife. With over 8 years of experience within the travel industry, Tuyen has a deeply personal connection with travel in her native country of Vietnam.
She counts working within travel a golden opportunity to help connect visitors to the cultures, religions, history and destinations of her home.
It’s this personal dedication that makes her an integral part of the B.A.T. Travel team!

Tour Manager
After graduating as a tour guide in 2007, fate took Ngoc down another path. She started in sales tour, commercial airlines and online travel before eventually joining B.A.T. Travel.
Ngoc is genuinely interested in creating innovative quality experiences for travellers. She also strongly supports responsible travel through economically and environmentally sustainable operations.
